Crafted from a beautiful europbean birch, and printed with your children's drawing - this is an absolute treasure, and something fun to do with your child or grandchild!
Comes with a beautiful calico bag for storage of the puzzle when not in use. The standard puzzle is 42 pieces, and A4 in size. We may be able to customise the size and number of peices - please get in touch to enquire!
Please note, we do need a really good high resolution scan of the drawing to make these. Yes, we're perfectionists when it comes to artwork - maybe too much so! To really give these the right result, we need a 300dpi or 600dpi scan of the drawing with a desktop flatbed scanner. Many home multifunction printers have a suitable scanner! Or your local library may have one too. In the past we were able to work with photos, but the resolution of this product demands a really detailed scan. Feel free to send us the scan ahead of ordering, and we can advise if it's suitable for printing onto the puzzle!

As noted at the top of the page, we'll need a high resolution scan - not photo - of the picture. The picture is best if drawn on white paper, but the drawing itself can be in colour.
If you're not sure - please email us ahead with your scan and we can check it for you and advise how we'll go with printing it!
We make this from a beautiful European birch veneer, digitally printed to perfection, and then finished with a stunning furniture grade semi-gloss lacquer, to give the puzzle a beautiful final touch. The puzzle itself is laser cut for the ultimate in accuracy, and as such the edges of the puzzle are black. The gap between the pieces is around 0.2mm - the pieces will move slightly even when assembled, but it's very easy to put together.
The puzzle is A4 in size. The default shape comes in 42 pieces. We can design other sizes and shapes, and piece counts for you on request - just get in touch!
We're not educators, so we can't quantitively say how hard it will be for your child! Our five year old didn't have any issue putting it together (and it helps it was her picture). Our three year old needed a little bit of assistance, but it was minimal. Obviously, your results will vary - we recommend checking with educational professionals if you have any questions in this regard.
(Although, having said that, as a fully grown adult, it does take me around 5 minutes to assemble, especially as there isn't a picture to guide me!)
We generally have these made up within 14 days of artwork approval - often much sooner, but we may need some extra time if we're not happy with the cut or print quality. (We are perfectionists!).
