Ignite your childrens imagination - and quench their boredom - with these beautiful threading boards!

Your imagination is the limit with these boards! Thread them with the supplied wool and faux leather strapping, or anything you can find. Get creative; thread grass, rafia, or shop twine for a new and unique look. Combine a few together and make your decorative folder. So many ideas!
Supplied with the board, a set of custom acrylic needles (5), two lengths of wool, and two lengths of faux leather strapping. We also send a calico bag to store everything in when not in use!
We're not educators, but based on our 5-year-old and 3-year-old daughter, we'd recommend these for use with children 5 or older. It's not suitable for children 3 and under due to small parts.
These are A4 sized, and made from plain, natural MDF, that is 3mm thick. The wood is sealed with an appropriate lacquer for longevity!
The board itself is laser cut, so the edges of the board are black. The holes also have black interiors as well, as seen in the photos. However, the board is sanded and sealed after cutting, so there are no other burn marks visible on the board.
So many ideas come to mind for us with these. Our daughters immediately turned them into handbags by creating a loop at the top to carry them around with. But you could also lace two together to make a folder!
But you're also not limited to the wool and faux leather strapping we supply. Grass, rafia, shop twine - all will work well with the boards to create something unique.

A single board is sent via untracked letter post. More than one board is sent via tracked parcel post. You can also select tracking during checkout, too.
