We make these up to 14cm wide and 6cm tall each. However, we will make all the names the same size, so some will be shorter and others longer. We'll scale it so the longest name is 14cm wide. We will confirm all this with the artwork proofs before we make them. We can shrink them down a touch if needed to fit your plates; we find having an average length of around 10cm works best.
You can choose from several materials for these placecards:
Each one is carefully cut and finished, and sent in custom cardboard packaging to keep them safe for shipping and right up until you need them.
We may also be able to use our extended colour range for your placecards - for smaller batches this is straight forward; for larger batches, please get in touch first and we can advise on stocks and lead times for other colours.
During ordering, choose your font, and then send us the list of names you would like. We'll then prepare the artwork for you and confirm it all with you prior to cutting. This includes the sizing and layout of all the names. Please help us and check them carefully to make sure we've got them all, and have them all correct!
That's ok! We know it's hard to get a full set of RSVP's at the same time. For larger batches, we recommend ordering the bulk of them as soon as you cut off the RSVP's for your event; we'll go ahead and process this batch and ship it out to you. Then, ideally two weeks before the wedding, or one week by arrangement - we can run a make up batch to handle any late additions or removals - it invariably happens and we're happy to help turn these around in time for your wedding or event.
Yes - we can do very large batches! We've done batches of nearly 300 at a time before. We may be able to offer a better price for large batches - please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we can advise!
For small batches of names, we'll have the artwork out to you in a day or so, and once approved, can have them made and in the post in a few business days. For larger batches (and we've done batches of nearly 300 before!) the artwork can take a few days, and production can take around a week. We'll keep you in the loop with our progress and expected shipping times!
For small batches of up to 15 names, these may be sent via untracked letter post. For more than 15 names, we'll send these via tracked parcel post. We can also upgrade you to express post - just select this during checkout.
